Pavilions Protégé software solution provides application management for Pavilion’s online advanced process control and environmental solutions. Protégé manages the startup, execution, and shutdown of control and monitoring applications to reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) for building and maintaining advanced process control solutions.
Protégé provides an event management facility that monitors control applications and alerts the responsible party when problems occur. Notification of preset conditions can be delivered via email, pager, or other email-ready mobile devices. Protege has add-on capabilities that allow hot swapping configuration information without the need to shut down and restart controller applications.
