Accounting/Finance: Beyond powerful AP, AR and GL modules, lets you track labor and other costs, manage your cash and bank accounts, generate electronic checks, accept payment and pay bills in multiple currencies, account for multiple companies or sites, manage your assets, collect cash more expediently, analyze your cash flow, produce customized reports and close your books for each period quickly.
Inventory Control: Optimizes your inventory investment by helping you reduce overall inventory levels, increase inventory turns, avoid stock-outs, and track products by lot or serial number.
Manufacturing: On the operations side, manages your production in any environment from customized or configured products to high-volume repetitive manufacturing, with full visibility of WIP and shop floor operations. On the planning side, the system helps you generate accurate forecasts and then efficiently schedule all of your resources to produce accordingly. Engineering: Manages the design process from concept through production with flexible workflow and approval routing features, along with document management and product costing tools that enable you to maintain control over engineering changes and reduce your production costs. Shipping: workflow, warehouse management and shipping tools enable accurate control and shipping of finished goods, helping you to keep your on-time delivery promises to your customers, thereby reducing returns and increasing customer satisfaction while reducing your shipping costs.
Information Systems (MIS): Monitors your enterprise system, network connections, Web servers, batch processes, and other system components and can be configured to notify your System Administrator or anyone else you specify by e-mail or pager when processes complete or if error conditions occur. Provides for unattended night processing, transaction monitoring with notification of specified events (for example: send an automated e-mail message to the VP of Sales if the monthly sales total exceeds a certain level), the ability to customize screens and reports, application integration, and automated data import from or export to other software applications.
