was designed to meet the planning, scheduling, and
inventory needs of the small manufacturer in make-to-order,
assemble-to-order, make-to-stock, and engineer-to-order
environments. Catalyst contains many of the features
found in higher-end MRP II (Manufacturing Resource
Planning) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems,
but without the complexity and at a price the small
manufacturer can afford.
